Thankfully, Gabriel was able to untangle his arms, shifting his right hand to the yellow dot next to his foot. He breathed a sigh of relief and smiled at Becca, proud at how far he had gotten so far in this game. It was actually pretty fun if you didn't mind the slight burning of your muscles.

When Shelby got Right foot Red her face fell, thinking there was no way she would be able to get her right foot through traffic to a red dot. She was having a hard enough time keeping her hand on the red dot. Like Enzo, she at least attempted it, sliding her leg past everyone and almost doing the splits. She managed to hit the circle and held it for a couple of moments before falling on her behind, laughing as she disentangled herself from everyone else very carefully. She went to the couch and plopped down next to Enzo, giving him a friendly punch in the arm before turning her attention back to those still contending.

And down went one more. Too bad it had to be Shelby but that was how the game worked. When the spinner came up right foot green, Lucco chuckled. "Thanks for charming the spinner Gabriel. I think you should do it from now on!" While it would twist him around a litte, he managed to move to one of the spaces nearish his hand without getting too tangled up with the other two. It would have been easy enough to take the other two out while moving his foot, claim it was an accident but that wasn't the way he wanted to play. From as twisted as they already were, he probably wasn't going to need to resort to playing dirty.

Becca finally got a spin for left foot, which she had been using to keep herself from toppling over onto Gabriel. Unfortunately, it was for yellow, of which there was only one space. Way down at the end where Shelby had been. She was flexible, but no amount of limberness would make her legs grow a few inches. Plus, Gabe was definitely in the way. With extreme caution, she tried to slip her foot under him, between his legs and arms. Though she managed to get her heel to the dot, her right hand came off the yellow dot down at Lucco's end of the mat in the process.
"Augh... damn it," she laughed, relaxing and falling onto her rear end before getting up and joining Enzo and Shelby on the couch. Her boyfriend and her best friend were the final two. Who would win?

He got Left hand Green, which could have been worse, but it would put him in a precarious position. He twisted his torso so that he could get his arm back behind him, placing it on the green circle directly behind him. He looked back at Becca and smiled before focusing on keeping his ass off the mat.

Right hand blue...Lucco considered, with Gabriel twisted as he was, how to get around him and reach that far without taking his foot off of the green. Again, another chance to cheat but maybe with another turn, the other sophomore would scratch and he could walk away looking like a daisy. Standing up, Lucco spun around, keeping his foot on the green and then stretching to put his hand on the right space. Fortunately, he could rest on his left knee since it wasn't designated for a certain color. But that shielded him to looking away from Gabriel, meaning he couldn't see anything going on - including what the spinner said.

Gabe was a little surprised by the sudden proximity of Lucco and it almost made him sit down, until he realized where he was and what he was doing. Right foot red. With his upper body twisted the way it was, he managed to move his right foot from the blue spot it was on, to having his heel in the red. Merlin bless long legs. He'd have to be careful not to let Lucco bump him or he'd lose, and he was a lot closer to winning than he thought he would have been.

Lucco heard the spinner go and waited for someone to tell him what it said since they had to see that he couldn't look himself. Left hand blue - well that was easy enough if his right hand was already there. He planted his hand down, actually making himself more stable. "Give it up, Gabriel," he goaded. "The spinner just likes me better this round."

"Never give up, never surrender," he said back with a grin as he slid his left foot forward to the nearest blue spot. He was thanking Merlin that Cain had made him do so many planks over the summer. In his current position, his core was burning but holding firm. He had a limb on each color and felt a little more stable than he had a few moments ago. He was just worried about his right foot which was resting lazily on the red spot. He hoped he'd get to move it closer and give Lucco a run for his money.

Lucco cackled evilly when he got left foot green. While push-ups weren't exactly his thing, he could hold it long enough for something to go wrong for Gabriel. While the guy was slowly uncurling now that it was just the two of them, he had been stretched out for a lot longer than Lucco had. How good was his endurance, exactly? Then again, how good was Lucco's? Time to find out.

An oath slipped from his lips when he heard what was called. He'd try, but the chances of this happening without him falling were pretty much non-existent. He shifted his right hand from the yellow circle transferring his weight to his left leg and reached for the red spot next to his foot. He grimaced, needing at least a couple more inches, stretching him to his maximum he managed to hit the red circle with his fingertips. He held it for a few moments before his leg beneath him buckled and he went down hard, holding his knee. Lucco was the winner!

Lucco watched as Gabriel finally hit the ground, finally letting himself fall to the mat as well. "Wow, that was one hell of a workout," he laughed. "And who would have thought that it would be two guys who outlasted them all?" Slowly, he got back up onto his feet, stretching out all the muscles that were a little cramped. Never having to do that sort of thing before, Luc figured that by tomorrow, he was going to need painkillers from the Infirmary. From the looks on the other's faces, he probably wouldn't be the only one.

"Aww," she said as Gabe collapsed onto the mat. He had put up a good fight, though, and also outlasted her, which was a little surprising. Perhaps he was more flexible than she thought. Becca gave Lucco a bit of applause. "Way to go!"
That had been pretty fun, and she could go another round. Looking at the others, however, she didn't think they'd feel up to it. Would they call it a night or play another game? What time was it? It didn't seem like the game had lasted that long, but time flies when you're having fun.

He sat on the mat for a moment rubbing his knee before pushing himself to his feet. He walked with a very slight limp if you blinked you would miss it. He came over and sat next to Becca, "I almost had it," he said wistfully before leaning over and kissing her cheek. It had been a fun game but he wasn't sure he wanted to play again after all that stretching. It had been a good exercise though. "Grats Lucco," he said. "I'll get you next time," he said jokingly, though a touch of his competitive side was showing.

Shelby clapped as Lucco took home the win, though Gabriel put up a good effort. She turned to Enzo and smiled, "See? Not so bad, was it? We do this on Fridays so if you get bored you can come join us," she said, trying to convince him that socializing was a good thing. "It's not always games like this either, it's all sorts of things. Last week we played Life," she said.
